Yummy Bavarese
Spring is here and you are less and less in the mood of turning on the oven: here is a simple idea to make a simple dessert that you can do even the day before your guests arrive.
Ingredients
55 g
Berries
125 ml
Milk
125 ml
Cream
50 g
Sugar
30 g
Egg yolks
6 g
Gelatine
To taste

Recipe Procedure
01.
First of all, blend the berries. Mix and whip egg yolks and sugar in a bowl.

Gradually add warm milk to the mixture of egg and sugar and keep mixing with a whip.

Put everything back in a small pan on low flame and mix constantly to avoid burning.

Once ready, take off the cream from the flame and sieve it through in a bowl.
05.
Let it cool and add blended berries and gelatine previously softened in cool water.
06.
In the meantime beat firmly the cream and when it starts thicken, add it to the other mixture.
07.
Put the bavarese cream in glasses or little moulds and wait to be completely cold before serving.
08.
Decorate with your favorite Puff Pastries.
